[UPDATE] Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga DX found on e-Shop servers

A Twitter user named SciresM has made an interesting discovery: Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga DX has popped up in the 3DS's e-Shop database. Absolutely nothing other than that is known at this time.

That'd be the day. Square Enix isn't as tight with Nintendo as they were when they were SquareSoft, sadly. I'd be all in on a Mario RPG remake, but due to Square Enix's licensing, I doubt we'll see it happen. Then again, Nintendo was okay with paying the licensing fee for the Geno costume in Smash, and the VC version on Wii U...so maybe it's not too impossible to fathom? Both Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi have been on a downward spiral in terms of quality, and sales, so maybe it could be Nintendo's best bet to bring Super Mario RPG back.

I wish that Final Fantasy V remake was announced. 7 years ago, Square Enix planned that game to be released for 3DS, but they have to see how the 3DS worked. After that, we never hear another talk about that game...

Yes, because the 3DS is totally in need of system sellers, right? The Switch? Are you saying Nintendo should drop everything and let the 3DS overtake the Switch's focus? Is that what you're wanting them to do? Six years is plenty of time, the Switch needs to have its place in the spotlight, they need to stop milking a six year old system.

My favourite GBA game is going to be ported to 3DS.
Now i really want a 3DS or Switch. Would buy it.
