I have a9lh+luma can I still install NTR? Can someone show me how to and what its advantages and disadvantages?

Old or New 3ds? Yes you can and it's a simple CIA. install. Advantage for N3DS would be streaming your device to windows or an Xbox One. Also you can use cheats with it but that's about it for its main purposes. Just drop the CIA. on your SD card and install thru FBI. You have to put the .bin file on your root but I can't link it here for rules purposes if I'm not mistaken.
