these are dumps of smash 4 one with the update files put in the one folder and the other with just the update files, if its "illegal" id have gotten a dmca from nintendo on my dropbox, and considering kitty corp can have brawl dumps i dont see why we cant have smash 4 ones

Ok so I extracted and decrypted Super Street Fighter 4 3DS edition but most/all of the files seem to be in .arc format is there any way to fix that?

What differs from his and mine is that I didn't include the hood(seems nonsense that a hat would be a hood), I textured the bow and arrow, and custom CSP that I made in 3DSMax. I based it from Breath of the Wild leak weapons and costumes and the file itself(which is illegally available on that site)

they are. i already modded the parameter bin and i also named the CSPs right. EX: chr_00_Bayonetta_09.tex
Are your file paths correct? I know that the dlc characters are in a slightly different folder. Other than that I cannot think of anything else right now.
Anyone working on fixing and fully finishing Hyrule castle? That twitter guy did I gusss but never released it?
He said that he will release it once Melee Dorf is finish. Just wait. Converting Melee mod3ls to Smash 4 isn't easy.
