Is it possible to have two partitions in the same USB HDD, one for installed Wii U digital games and one formatted in WBFS for vWii games?
Without the stupid message on boot, ofc.

No need to buy or fool around with toggle switches. Just use UStealthhere's the toggle switch that I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RC1R69S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
unfortunately, it's currently unavailable. however, something similar should do. I use mine on the wii u drive for Nintendont. my virtual Wii drive has a toggle switch on the back of its enclosure. anyway, that or something similar works on the wii u.
edit: oh, and that was about $13 in case ur wondering.
Invisible? The whole point of UStealth is to make it so you can have HDD storage working in both WiiU and vWii simultaneously (2 HDDs are still needed of course).will the drive appear invisible when using nintendont? I may have to use it.
Hmm I'm not sure what issue you are experiencing because you most certainly can have two drives connected. Nintendont doesn't care because it is only looking for a drive with the "games" folder on the root.but if nintendont's games r on the virtual wii's drive, what happens when u load nintendont? because nintendont doesn't work with two drives connected yet the one invisible is where the nintendont games r stored....unless it's recommended to store them on an sd card?
