Homebrew 3DS won't boot Pokemon moon off of cart

My o3ds will not run Pokemon moon. It's an official cartridge and the 3ds has been banned because I played it early online (yes, stupid me). I think I still have the cia installed but I'm not quite sure. Every time I try to run it, it says "SD care removed press home to return... etc." is it possible that the cia is interfering with the cart?

Nah, it boots every other cart perfectly. Tried smash bros and it ran, pretty sure I have that as a cia as well. I'm not home at the moment and won't be until I get out of work so I'm just looking to see if the cia is the problem.
