Homebrew Possible? (Noob question)

Today I thought, while I was using the FBI, to go TWLPhoto; I found, in the following folders that are found there, the pit.bin file. It immediately arose the question ... you can run, if it was created, the boot.bin file that allows you to run the Homebrew Launcher app through the photos? You should rename the file to boot.bin pit.bin and replace it with the original. Unfortunately I do not know if there is a way to bypass the overwriting of the following app pit.bin. What are you saying?

As far as i know, its posible to write on the System Partitions using GodMode9, backup the nand, and give it a try?

I tried with the bin file of decrypt9 renaming it pit.bin since boot.bin does not yet exist.
Unfortunately nothing, I wrote about CTRNAND but nothing to do, the application overwrites the file pit.bin
