Wait until you get the Switch in your hands. It may support full-sized SD (so you can save a few bucks), and prices will go down a little. If you can, try to wait as long as possible or budget for an interim card so you can wait for the really high capacity cards to get cheap.

DSi was region lock and we didn't expect it to happen.
Wait for the inevitable proprietary memory card and chargers sold separately from Nintendo.
It will be an amazing console with those 2 additional features.
