While they can probably see the logs, since the 3DS doesn't even have NTP (network time setting) support using the date and time to ban people would have quite a few false positives which is why they don't do it. There are no doubt quite a few people who skipped past setting the clock and never got around to it.

But the amount of people with a date configured on their 3DS corresponding to the leaked date would be extremely low, however.

yea they wont even let you update your legal carts so your forced to pirate them and to add insult to injury they still have your 3ds receive eshop notifications as if you can still use it plus you can never use your nnid on another 3ds. we totally deserve it though

Tons of people in China still report they are banned

But a few ，only a few people said they are unbanned by nintendo

So maybe we still have hope？

Nope，here is the situation of China.

There is no service provided to Chinese people in mainland,so nearly everyone is holding a Japanese console ,a few of them with American one.

And we don't have GameStop sold Nintendo product you could only order online and the card will post from Japan.And it is really slow.

You could imagine how many Chinese people got banned for different reasons due to the situation.


People mostly choose to wait for Nintendo unban them.Some like me contact to Nintendo Japan and they seem don't care about Chinese people.....So,people just wait.

Now,most people still reported they got banned ,but less than 10 people reported they got unbanned after 15 days.And two reported they both got 002 and 022.

I'm not sure they tell the truth or not,but if it's true.

We still got the hope.

Anyway,I'm in Bristol now.That's why I could access this website.
