Hacking New 3DSXL Super mario World Bundle? A New LEGIT CIA?

It appears that nintendo has released yesterday a New Nintendo 3DS XL with Super Mario World Bundle. As the box say, it comes PRE-INSTALLED. Will we soon have a new USA LEGIT CIA? Or maybe because the console will come, probably in 11.0 or 11.1 we won't be able to create the CIA?

Someone would just have to hardmod to dump the legit cia.

It's in the eShop already, and on the title key site. Something like $8?
Why would the bundle have a different game version?

Legit cia means its installable and playable above 9.2 and below 11. That means plebs who dont wanna downgrade can enjoy their pira.... ehrm I mean "backups" too
