Hi! Im totally noob at this and every problem is a new one for me.

During this year i hacked my 3ds and it worked fine. I followed this thread (1), and formated my 3DS with rx tools. For a time ago my computer started warning that my SD card needed to be fixed and now it is impossible to put new files on to the SD card.

I did find the thread "how to transfer emuNAND to another SD card" and hope it might work. But before doing that is it just my SD card that is broken or is it some files that might corrupt it?

My 3DS is not working without the SD card so hopefully it is possible to save. Just want to know if there is any mines to walk on before I make a copy.

Firstly, your SD card or 3DS isn't bricked, your SD card messed up and that message on windows normally comes(I've always had it), buy a new SD setup your EmuNand stop using RxTools use Luma3DS Nightlies

Are you using a USB SD card reader? I'm going to assume so.
First things first, if you have another device that uses SD cards, try yours in all of them to eradicate that as a potential issue. 9/10 times your SD card is just bad.
If it does load in other devices and allows you to transfer files without error, and you still get the error with your USB device/PC the next logical thing is to assume there is a problem with the connection to the USB device, or the port itself.

Anyway, if you don't have another SD card to just make a new emunand and copy your files over. You can try cleaning the copper contacts with a small amount of alcohol to see if that works.

If you were ever getting the message from windows

and continued to use the SD without worry you could have bad sectors, which can cause it to not be readable from other devices. I recommend backing up everything to your PC, formatting your SD card, cleaning the contacts, reconnecting the USB card reader and then see if it works. If all that fails, get a new SD card before you go thinking it's the SD reader slot in the 3DS itself or something.
