Dude, stop telling him to do things that make no sense. Stubs don't affect anything and there is no need to install old cIOSes. He only needs valid Nintendo system IOSes and d2x in 249/250.

This SysCheck version might give more accurate results.

Multi Mod Manager had claimed they will allow the Wii to perform better, and allow CIOS's to be installed which is where I had thought this guy screwed up.

Reguardless. The only thing I suggested was to remove the cIOS's to allow the IOS's to be deleted. (If the following error IOS's were taken up by something.) That way Multi Mod Manager can remove it without any trouble.

Patching, and installing IOS 39 may allow more mods to work like I had stated (Such as Mymenuify, this is even stated before you install it.) Again.

Moving forward now (and I apologize for any confusion.) I am checking threw and seeing what was wrong. Thank you for correcting my statements;

When it all comes down to what's wrong we can then figure out to do. Again all MY previous posts above were meant to try and figure out the awnsers until we find out what the problem is. I had even suggested he installed it wrong, or incorrectly. Which we now know is the cIOS. Which is where I suggested MMM.

If the cIOS does not work still. Then I would patch and install IOS 39 (This is what I did to install Mymenuify properly... And some other things like CTGPR.)

What would he need a patched IOS39 for? Again, you're telling him nonsense.

Homebrew Channel and d2x in IOS249/250 is all that is needs for what he wanted to do (get his Wii games working.)

If a syscheck report with the later version shows that HBC is the right version/IOS then nothing needs to be installed on the console. Either there is an issue with the homebrew he's using or some hardware failed or is incompatible.

Okay, cfg loader will read and play the wii games, but usb loader gx and wiiflow won't. WiiFlow used to see them, but now it thinks there's nothing in my external hdd, even when I go into file explorer.

Usb loader gx works, now, but wiiflow still won't read it. Wondering if I should just delete the whole wiiflow folder (1,000+ covers for gb, gbc, gba, nes, snes ;-;) For anyonw wondering how I fixed usb loader gx, (dont know why youd use that over wiiflow) I deleted the config lmao

I

It

Again, another retarded mistake on my behalf. I had it set to use usb port 1 instead of 0, fk me

For some reason, my saves are gone. Must've had my emunand for game saves on my hdd :/

Thanks for all the help though, I appreciate it.

Hey helpful people, instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd post here.

I have a similar problem, my wii will not run wii games. Usb Loader GX, Wiiflow, Configurable USB, none of these programs say they detect my two hard drives. Except I run nintendon't perfectly fine from either hard drive (one is a Toshiba 1TB, the other is an 8 GB flashdrive). The channel where I would regularly load wii games says wii system update, and if I want to play a wii game I apparently need to do a system update... I don't know how to fix this issue but I'm sure there is a solution! Thanks for any help.
