Emailer Not Emailing?

I'm supposed to be getting emails from gbatemp about a few things, but the emails aren't coming. I have a live.com address.

1) Is mailing to addresses like mine broken in general?
2) If not, do I need to whitelist a specific from address to start getting the emails?
3) Is the emailer just slow as molasses?

For me, I cannot receive any GBAtemp emails from any Microsoft email address (@live.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), and can only receive them from @gmail.com addresses. Gmail also tells me that GBAtemp mailer messages are unencrypted, so it's possible that the new Outlook web app refuses to accept any unencrypted emails.
