Homebrew Custom Theme Thread

So i just got into making custom themes, and so far i think mine is pretty good. Got the music to loop, and it looks good too. I attached a preview and here it is if anyone wants it https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwwvmYKcaeOqdlQteHRDYk5EbGs/view?usp=sharing but i ran into a problem. I'm gonna put it in bold so people don't gloss over this and skip right to the theme. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO ADD CUSTOM SOUND EFFECTS. All i've seen is it possibly requires the SDK kit, but i'm probably never gonna get my hands on that. Is there a simple way to add sound effects? So many people on 3dsthem.es have added custom sounds, so i'd assume that THAT many people have access to the SDK kit. Is there a solution?

Yes I can see that with the help of a forum member to have the package themes Hyrule Warriors in .cia. Once you have everything ready the package will be posted.
Until personal there who want to download the themes in CHMM format please see the post above.
And remembering my next wrath themes package design to be the game The King of Figther and will be fully customized mind.

My latest theme.
Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon
Based on the latest entry in the popular dungeon crawling spin-off series!
It has been 10 years since the first games Red and Blue Rescue Team.
Then we got the best games in the series in my opinion Explorers of Time and Darkness!
It's quite common for Pokémon games to co-exist as a pair or as a trilogy.
But the last two releases have only had one game and no sister pair or a third.
This game marks the birth of being able to recruit every single Pokémon from every generation thus far!
But it is also punishingly difficult (so I heard.)
So I thought to bring up the hype a little for those Europeans (Like myself.) Who still do not have the game yet. (11 more days...just...11 to go.)
I would make a theme dedicated to the release of the newest installment.

made a new theme! features retro sonic and friends!
Another new project in the works leave you with the first batch of custom themes that I already finalized the issues are fully customized with SFX, icons and folders with set designer. The music I used a program that edits the 3DS sound file making it stereo. So do not be alarmed by the loud music ^ _ ^

updated retro sonic because a person (jokeT) didn't understand why the theme's bgm was Open your heart (MJZ mix) a sonic adventure song that was remixed in sonic gems collection. this guy thought that sonic adv was a modern sonic game. it may show modern sonic but the game is utterly a Retro game as it was on sega dreamcast in 1998 (jp) and 1999(u.s)
the new bgm is sonic boom DnB mix (sonic gems collection remix)
These days it is considered retro but wasn't sonic adventure the start of modern/older sonic?
Unfortunately I have not finished yet. By tonight I should finish it and upload it to 3dsthem.es
