So I managed to get the 3ds all ready and it works. Since changing themes removes a lot of stuff, I wondered, can I go to the themeshop and download the themes I already purchased? Or does going to the shop mess with the hax as well?

Your nands are linked most likely if you are asking this question. You just need to format your sysnand and you will be all set.
you dont under stand what i sed do you in the system settings thare is a thing nex to update that say format your 3ds wich means EVRYTHING gets eraesed like all the sedings in 1 of your nand's is all gon if you had frinds and mii's wen you press that its all gon if you never presed that its linked

So just to be clear. I can remove the sd card from the 3ds, turn it on, go to sysnand, format the sysnand right? The person who helped me with the hax told me to never switch on the 3ds without sd card, but apparently its okay to do that?
Btw thanks alot funnystory I appreciate it. One last question, are there any cons for unlinking them? I imagine if you wanna keep your firmware on 9.2 you shouldnt really care about your stuff being on that firmware since u cant really do much with it. But maybe im missing something

in any case, NNID linked or not, I would suggest using TinyFormat to format sysnand. use the 3DSX version.

Actually no, now that i've looked at it, which leads me to believe i may have already formatted it.
I actually already used tinyformat alltho im not sure if it was for sysnand format. I do know that when I did, sysnand was allnew starting from the introduction. Does that mean that im already set and may not have to go through the steps in this thread?
Aight cool. So can I just download the themes now from the themeshop, and also activate the themes through the official theme menu? Or do I use the themes through chmm2?
you can use the theme shop on emunand if it's the latest (10.5). you can also use CHMM2 for custom themes.
