NTR 1 wasnt sharable as it was built from the Gw launcher, but NTR2 was ok, all custom code, i assume NTR3 follows suit

You need a CFW or ninjHax to launch NTR 3.0, the problem is NTR mode has no signature-check patch. So you can't launch NTR to launch Cubic Ninja to launch PASTA for exemple...

So... im going to try something to fix an issue that I have with the friendlist, i can't start it just freezes the console in emunand and sysnand.
Tell me if its a good idea or if im going to brick my 3ds if i install the friendlist cia (i'll do it in emunand to be safe).
I already downloaded the friendlist cia from 3dsnus, 0004003000009602 v6144 (latest, got the id from 3dbrew)

It most likely will not brick your 3ds. At the very worst, the friendlist cia app wont work in which case you can just delete it. Install it on your emuNAND to be on the safe side.
well it says that the title already exist and when i look for it it doesnt appear to delete it, I must have deleted it by error in the past or something? but i cant install it with fbi or devmen.
The friends list works for me, it's the Notifications that doesn't. It either freezes the system or I get an error has occurred message. I am on 2.6b.
