Gaming Pokemon Y black screen, how do I fix ?

Everytime I try to play pokemon Y, it starts up and then when I am about to leave the house, the game goes black screen, and then it returns to the home menu, where the 3ds says that an error accured and that it needs to restart ?

How do I fix, I am on system version 6.0.0 emunand and sysnand

Your Rom is damaged make a backup of your save and put the Rom again in your 3ds (cia or 3ds) then restore your save

The legend of zelda OOT also black screen when I enter the shop lol :P is it damaged too ? I mean everything works fine and I can go everywhere except I can't access the shop :PP
