Found the last build of the ReVC before taken down. Here's the link I found it at for anyone wanting it still for posterity sake, and not wanting to look at a previous post in this thread.

I dont know why but it does not work for me on switch lite with atmosphere 1.7.0.
Game boot into menu but while game is loading, in the end console got error : 2168-0002 (0x4a8)

I will always be bummed about this one. GTA3/re3 was unfinished, but I think reVC is pretty complete. They never finished the Liberty City Stories/reLCS conversion, so it's a bit messy.

All so Rockstar could bring us the Definitive Editions.
