Yeah I took it out and reseated it. Same result.. What i dont understand is why I can boot linux (lakka) from sd. But when i run a payload it fails to initialize sdmmc?
Happend when I changed out a joy con rail and ribbon that I broke. The console boots straight into rcm mode unless I let the battery die. The new cable most have fried or shorted something. I did get lakka to boot from the sd. So atleast I can play emulators.
Must be broken but i have no idea how.

If I let the battery completly die it boots normally into the switch OS. Then if i try to restart instant purple screen.
I'm going to give that a shot. It's just strange that when I wipe everything it works for one boot. I can play games and all. Then when I reboot the console it goes to black. I'll post my results after removing NAND and rebooting.
Weird side note. If I hold the plus minus I while booting I can get to initialize the console. And everything will boot and after setup I can play as normal. Then after I reboot again I get a purple screen.
After changing right joycon rail and ribbon out on my nintendo switch it only boots to black screen (backlight). I have to disconnect and reconnect the battery to get it to do this. After that it will only boot automatically into RCM mode(no backlight). I didn't know this at first until I tried...
Ah, yes, portrait mode, surely the best way to film a row of people. If only there were some way to fit a wider shot, at the expense of height... if only...
