    Hacking Nintendont

Is this the most up to date Nintendont compatibility list? https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Nintendont_Compatibility_List Under the "Wide" column, many games are marked ✔¹ or ✔² but I don't see any footnotes to explain what the ^1 and ^2 are for?

    Hacking Nintendont Controller-Configurations

Ok I'm double posting but I've made a bit of progress so I though a second post would be ok. Shoulder Buttons: Pressing R2 does send an R Trigger command, and it can tell the difference between a full press and a half press. Issue is that for some reason it also sends an L trigger command...

    Hacking Nintendont

Having issues with Dualsense controller. Most frustrating part is that it almost works. Injected a game with UWUVCI. Used a fresh SD card (no leftover files from previously using Teconmoon). Allowed UWUVCI to pull nintendont files and create a config. Downloaded controller_ps5.ini from...

    Hacking [RELEASE] UWUVCI + Injectiine

Is there any way to toggle off the Autoboot option on injects (GC specifically)? Having issues with Black Screen on GC games (Tiramisu). I know years ago I was using Teconmoon with CBHC and I found through trial and error/testing that games reliably worked for me if Autoboot was off, and...

    Homebrew Official HID to VPAD

I just swapped from CBHC to Tiramisu. I was 99% sure that before I switched my Dualsense (PS5) controller was picked up in HID to VPAD, but I don't have a time machine to go back and double check that. Now I can't get it to work at all. I tried plugging it into HIDTest on Wii U HBC so I could...

Tutorial Community noob guide to Wii U hacking

I'll read up on this and see how if compares There's no saves or anything that I would be upset about losing. I just thought if I was going to re-inject games anyway to get my controllers working, AND switch CFW methods I might as well go scorched earth on it. The Brain Training game was on my...

Tutorial Community noob guide to Wii U hacking

I hacked my Wii U years ago. I'd say at least 5 if not more. When I fire it up I'm greeted with something along the lines of: CBHC v1.6... Autobooting What I (vaguely) remember doing way back when includes: - Installing CBHC (obviously) - 99% sure I used Brain Training for this? -...

Homebrew Deleting Wii U user without NID password?

Will a factory reset get rid of users who's NNID password is unknown? Or is this the only option?

Homebrew RetroArch 3DS: Full speed PS1 now possible with PCSX ReARMed w/ Unai renderer!

Good point on the PAL versions having lower targets, I will give a few games a try Also, not sure what I changed but now Crash 3 is running at 70+fps and Spyro 3 at 80+

Homebrew RetroArch 3DS: Full speed PS1 now possible with PCSX ReARMed w/ Unai renderer!

Hi, I'm new to this never tried retroarch before, especially for PSX. Is there a way to cap a game at 30fps? I believe Crash 1-3 and CTR all ran at 30. Let me know if I've done anything wrong, playing Crash 3 Warped here. I copied the retroarch 1.8.1 folder to the root of my SD card. Copied...

ROM Hack [Release] PS1 Forwarder Creator

Thanks, I'll try again with the interpolation off when I get home tonight. Crash Warped was already playable but the cutscenes were a little funky.

ROM Hack [Release] PS1 Forwarder Creator

Hi OP, thanks for your work this is awesome. I just have a question about the options that are available when making an inject. In the compatibility thread/spreadsheet, lots of games have the same settings suggested: I've found 3 of the options - Vertical Sync (Vsync), Frameskip and Enable...

Homebrew [NDS] Forwarder CIAs for your HOME Menu

Card just arrived. Popped it in and worked like a charm! Was a little worried I'd done something wrong when nothing showed up after I installed with FBI but after a reboot everything was there!

Homebrew [NDS] Forwarder CIAs for your HOME Menu

Hi, I ordered an R4i Gold 3DS Plus from nds-card, hopefully receive it this week. Is there any prep I need to do with that card when it arrives other than extract the "for Slot-1 microSD" and "for 3DS SD card" folder to the sd root? No need to flash firmware or anything else? I'd like to prep my...

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
