    Hmm I would argue that if the components of your Switch are maintaining -15c while in play it doesn’t matter what you use for thermal control. If however your unit heats up to above 10c during use then LM is ideal.

    Hmm I use SX all the time and never turn stealth mode off. I connect to my other Switch to update games and do multiplayer, you don't need to turn off stealth mode to connect to other Switches. Never turn off stealth mode.

    99 percent of what I do on CFW is emulators. I did back up several games I own using homebrew, like Skyrim which I used mods on, but I haven't used any other "backups". A little embarrassing I'm not sure what format the homebrew put the backups into, I think it was XCI.

    One reason I always make a backup of my physical carts. I'm not saying that you can avoid legal trouble by using your own back up (though I'd say you stand a better chance), but I like being able to avoid just this type of situation. If you have the ability, always backup your games.
