Show me where *Sony* said the NGP was that powerful. Citing marketing hype from past consoles to bash the NGP when Sony never said it was as powerful as the PS3 is grasping at straws. Go play fanboy somewhere else.
Reactionary post is reactionary.
Sony never said it was that powerful. That was all from 3rd parties. I guess that's what happens when you read just the headline/topic title and post shit based on that.
Obligatory:
Just wait for a fix, rather than futzing with arm injections and causing more errors. It won't be that long and if you absolutely must play it now, buy it.

I guess the fact that this isn't the thread to discuss editing dats in any way doesn't matter? I can understand exactly why RGF keeps getting pissed at you. Seriously. This is thread hijacking, plain and simple.
lesson learned: the internet is not your backup server. When you upload something, you don't lose that copy unless *you* delete it locally. The only person to blame for the copy on Filetrip being the *only copy* is yourself.

honestly, if they can detect it enough to disable PSN access, I'd be more worried about being banned outright. as it is, you should be able to install the normal 3.55 via Recovery Mode
not exactly. the original 80GB JP/US/CDN and all original EU 60/80GB units still had the graphics hardware. Software was only used to emulate the EE chip. the remaining PS2 hardware was removed, as well as the memory card slots and 2 USB ports, in the 40GB/80GB redesign unit for the price drop...
True, but still, if I knew was gonna be that much, would have made myself. But it does look nice with name on it and all that jazz. Mine would of been plain, with hard candy sprinkles.
Or for like big cookouts, parties, etc they good to shop, but yea if only one or two in house, Wal-Mart it is. But membership is only like $60 a year so cheap really considering.
