    I didn't try (didn't have time to test, just restarted the game while traveling on the train..), but I guess you could restart a new game on your 3DS, dump the savegame, transfer RTC values on your 30 hours savegame and try that. Or you could just transfer your shiny pokémon to a new savegame...
