    That's actually a good move? If Other companies like Sony or Microsoft ban your account, you can't access the store in any way. I was once banned and I bought things in the store previously - all lost. Wasted my money basically.

    Interesting though is that only 30% of modded 3DS's got banned. Seems like it was a scare-action against CFW users. I also used the online mode regularly since the ban waves started - my 3DS is safe 'til now. I have homebrew in my activity log lol

    You "had". I "had" them too but I removed them as well. Not banned. I bet most people were too lazy to remove them, so they kept them. And Nintendo detected modified titles.
