Thank you for your reply, but i doubt i have the means to actually do anything about those issues. I guess he will just have to return it and hope for another hackable firmware version.- akaVanguard

Hardware New3DS Xl turns off with a popping sound
I got a New3DS XL for repair in today. Completely unmodded device, only a few days old. It turns on, power-led turns blue, then it turns off with a popping sound. I checked all connections of the ribbon cables and wether the wifi antenna was properly seated. Everything checks out. I am...- akaVanguard

@salazarcosplay Yea with a vpn, my ip address is randomized and not at my address, so my ISP does not know its me pirating. I have never got a bitch letter from my ISP since using a vpn. -
