It's only this difficult because this person is over-paranoid about his kids getting his console banned, and wants to make sure his switch can't get online whatsoever while using CFW.

Normally just using EmuMMC, Incognito, and a little common sense should be enough to avoid any bans.

Nintendo has learned more and more with each new console release. We got lucky this round with the Tegra RCM hack (not N’s fault.) Next console is likely going to be tighter than the Switch OLED which is almost flawless. This may be our last win.

if the zeebo can get hacked, i doubt that whatever nintendo does next is going to be completely unhackable, especially with how stuck in their ways nintendo has been lately.
Practically unhackable may be more accurate. As of now, the only way to hack anything that isn't an unpatched Switch is with a modchip so Nintendo has already accomplished a lot this generation. In fact, the main exploit isn't even Nintendo's fault but Nvidia's.

enable_user_pmu_access=0
blank_prodinfo_sysmmc=0
blank_prodinfo_emummc=1

Code:
 override_any_app=true
 override_any_app_key=R
override_any_app_address_space=0100000000000016

    @The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
