Strange, I found those files are only needed for the steam patch, I added them to the OP after first discovering they were needed for the steam version. It's label as 'STEAM ONLY' in step 6 of the 'Extracting files' tab.
I could have sworn they aren't needed for the mangagamer patch, unless maybe they changed something. Once you get in game can you let me know if the r18 scenes are definitely uncensored for you or not please.

It shows the uncensored version screen at start, nipples are shown but the rest are mosaic.
Im not sure if thats how the steam r18 content is like, maybe i got the wrong version of the file?
Im downloading different versions from another sites to verify

Yeah you've got the steam version then, I thought it was odd when you mentioned it. Nipples are present because both versions of the pc patch use the same stills (the ones that exist in the base game, but censored). Whereas the actual r18 scenes are uncensored with mangagamer and are censored with steam patch. You could also probably get the fakku version too, I'd assume it's exactly the same uncensored file as the mangagamer one, but I haven't tested that.

For Kukkoro Days, Tried it many times and still stuck on "now saving" on start, tried steam and non-steam version, both wont work, also copied adv/steam.lua and adv/system.lua, still not working
but if I tried to delete the root.pfs.040 file, it work with label "uncensored version"

Yeah the uncensored label will be there as an indicator that the mod files are at least loaded, it should definitely work by now though, for both steam and non steam versions of the patch. I'm pretty sure I've tried, tested and solved every problem with the mod.
I built this for atmosphere as far as the mod manager and file structure goes, from what I understand SX OS uses a different folder for mods which I'm assuming you placed it in yourself if you got the uncensored label to show up. It could be that SX itself doesn't support the mod files properly. I have no idea if the fact you have a v2 switch is affecting it or not. (gonna assume you got some other mods working right, or no?)
It might be a pain to do, but if you really want to try it, you could use atmosphere instead and it should work then (if it doesn't it's probably an issue with v2 switches). From what I understand you can freely install atmosphere of an SX modchip, iirc there's a guide on the forum somewhere.
And I know some ppl love to play sides here, but honestly unless you can't live without xci loading, I'd say move to atmosphere permanently now that the future updates of SX looks to be non existent (last I checked at least).
Sadly I don't have a v2 switch nor any license or chip for SX so if it is a problem with those then I don't think I'll be much help, so if that turns out to be the case then I'm sorry. (I'd love a mod-chipped v2 mariko switch but sadly my tiny soldering skills suck ass).

Hey, game (Trouble days) worked great and i have finished first play through fine. However i seem to be getting a bugged gallery with images overlapping each other. Do you know if there Is a fix for this by any chance?

i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect

Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.+1
