Does anyone have cheats for Shovel Knight (PCSE00640)?

Hi I posted this about a week ago but it got buried after a flood of code posts so I just want to mention it again now that I see more people active again. Is this possible to do using Vitacheat? I'm no expert but I downloaded a replay off of the leaderboard, played the replay in gallery menu, and tried to isolate some addresses by turning on/off hitbox (the last option in the touch menu, toggles the green sphere overlay in-game) and searching again and came up with 6 sets of addresses with 2 of them being consistent but when I activate them in replay mode or training mode it doesn't seem to have an effect. Can anybody help me? I'm really new to this. Thanks

It's probably because no one had an answer for you. You also mentioned needing to go online to test it, and seeing as all of us here have hacked consoles, not many of us want to risk getting our consoles/IPs banned. But, I'll try to help.

It's hard to say if it's possible or not without trying it. The Replay function is probably using the same coding as the normal mode, so it's probably likely that the hitbox viewer can be activated during normal play. I think I remember seeing something similar being done on some of the Super Smash Bros games, but those might be built in/modded in tools... I'm not familiar with the SSB scene, When you say you found a few addresses that are consistent, were you able to use them to turn on/off the hitbox viewer in the replay you downloaded? If you weren't able to turn the hitboxes on/off midreplay by activating the code, then you probably don't have the right code.

So those codes do crash the game that's why they were commented out the ones for Toukiden Kiwami

I'm curious though and trying to find the actual values for Health will report back if I find it

Added some more codes for Disgaea 3 Innocent mods and rarity mods, also shorten the mana code. Also I just noticed, does r0ah check these threads and add codes to his github or do I summit codes them to him? All this time I never actually knew lol. I know I made a lot of codes and corrected a lot of my old codes and noticed that they weren't on the github so I was just wondering. I also need some stuff changed for the Disgaea 3 wiki but I need to write up some new notes in the meantime.

Sometimes people go through the forum and add things. I'll also add them if someone messages me their codelist. If you want to guarantee it get's on the DB, go to the github and open an Issue. There's a form to fill out for submissions.

Hello, I'm new here and to this whole hacking scene in general, I was wondering if it's possible to have cheats like inf hp, inf cp, inf ep, in Trail of Cold Steel 2? Is it hard to make? There were money cheats but that's it, it'd be great if there were more

It really sucks too because i'd love to have infinite health in Toukiden Kiwami, but what can you do right?

Did you use Fuzzy search? If yes and no success. This gonna be hard to hack.

Yeah I always use fuzzy search to trying and find HP values for bars that don't have numbers on them. The only values I've found from that are ones that crash the game when you turn them on

I haven't been able to get the HP to even change for a short time so like I said i'm probably just gonna give up. Maybe someone else can do it lol

Try it again with my last method.
Use fuzzy ,if hp is full try search. If hp is less try up. If is hp lower try up and so on. In other words, try the opposide of searching (less means more). I know this makes no sense but in some games it works.

Next Step is to try float.
Set it on 00 until 10. Which version of final cheat do you use z05 or z06?

Edit: It also looks like this game uses not only pointers, but some other form of unknown DMA. So, you will not be able to hack this game without a lot of knowledge about how code creation works.

Edit: It also looks like this game uses not only pointers, but some other form of unknown DMA. So, you will not be able to hack this game without a lot of knowledge about how code creation works.

Oh no yeah, i'm using the inventory stuff I was just trying to figure out the HP and Stamina stuff. It's not a big deal though.

So, I would fuzzy search for float values between 900 and 2050 at the start (in case max HP is actually 1000) and then keep doing less than latest each time you take damage. That should at least get you an Inf HP code for a match. Once you learn to find the HP easily, you can learn to make dumps and do pointer searching.
