Homebrew Question Would it be "legal" for me to post "blank" boot0 / 1 for repair purposes?

When I get to the part where I need to inserd my biskey all of them give me FAIL! ENTROPY...WHY?

You need to "split" your key. It's a bit dumb that it just give you a long number. You need to split it in the middle. I think it's 8 pairs in. Not 100% sure.

yeah mate I Know I got them that way together and got other way device.keys they come split..they are exactly the same! I dont understand why im getting this error I toke them a thousand times are the same nothing change.. got file with 109 keys..got other more recent with 120 keys

What FW are you running? Not v9.0.0 by any chance? If so, BIS key derivation is different.

Use Lockpick_RCM latest version. This is compulsory.

I even used de switch sd setup biskeygen... using the files i toke with hekate he gave me the same exctly the same biskey´s I got... looks like my switch is deffo dead

What I mean about split keys is this.

You see your keys as this: 0124436EA5FB324 etc.

But you can't just paste that, you must split it in the middle.
example 0124436E and A5FB324

This will work when you use for example Hactool.

tell u what... Upload rawnand, boot0/1, fuses tsec to a google drive (zip them all in an archive) and send me a link. Also email your bis keys.

and now i tried to use lockpick again and sais

tsec key(s)..done
master keys... done
uneble to derive package2 key.
FS keys... done
missing FS keys. Skipping ES/SSL keys

found 79 keys


yesterday i was able to take 120 keys

could just tell me the best way to compress the files? i done it winrar but still a file with 27gb.. the file i got from you ealier was 2gb and had a file with 30gb inside..

i use 7zip. if you cannot do the whole emmc, just send me PRODINFO, PRODINFOF, BCPKG2-5-Repair-Main, BCPKG2-6-Repair-Sub, boot0, boot1.

Ill build a new rawnand from scratch

OK... It looks like your unit is one of the newer ones that generates BIS keys from a per-firmware device key.

If you have ever ran Atmosphere, can you zip and email the contents of your Atmosphere folder on your SD?

I just sent you the files i had here but im not sure if they had run on my switch. all files messed up here on computer. but i did tried the run now and send it that files aswell

What is the serial number of your switch? (Not all of it, just the first part).

The raw prodinfo is consistent.

It has to be using the later method of getting the BIS keys. The only thing I can think of.

You are lucky it isn`t patched. ITs right on the borderline of the ipatched models.
