Hacking Question SXOS "License.dat on your microsd card is invalid for this switch console" after buying license

Title, I bought SXOS yesterday from modchips-direct and downloaded and set everything up. After I booted into RCM mode and launched the payload through RCMsmash on windows, my switch booted into the menu and I clicked to go into "Boot custom FW" and it set up my license request file. I then uploaded that to the website so I didn't have to connect my switch to the internet. It generated it successfully so I downloaded the file and put it on my microSD card and plugged it into the switch and now it is giving me the "License.dat on your microsd card is invalid for this switch console" error. I tried to then connect my switch to the internet so I could activate it online and it said the license was already being used. I looked around and couldn't find anyone with this same issue but I have proof of purchase and everything so if I emailed them could they get it working? Sorry for the potentially dumb question!

Yeah I would email them proof, and if they don't provide chargeback.

Did you try deleting the files from your SD card and "generate" a new request file that you can upload?

Same problem here.
We are not the only ones. Some keys would have been used, or hacked. I restarted my seller for a new key

Someone else has already used your key. Same thing happened to me with a key I received from 3dflashcart.com. They issued me a new one after a couple days .Send pics, good luck

Got my code two hours after I ordered, no problems activating it. I really hope they resolve your issue tho!

they refuse to refund or send me a new key.we are not the only ones.they said to email team xecuter.thats it
