I just showed you, that SciresM has it on 3.0.2 and still think it is just in theory?I know, I am saying its only tested up to 3.0, as I said. In theory. Since the bug is not believed to be fixed.

Sounds like it's more of a problem with Nvidia..anyways this proves ninty is incompetent at console security if the fw's have multiple bugs even bugbounty won't be able to keep up at this rate
Thus the reason I shared it.This is one of those "no shit" moments.. But everyone chose to believe that 3.0.0 was the end of hackable firmwares..
It matters a lot.. Free vs Paid.. If there are free alternatives, it's always a good thing.Whatever if xecuter's claims are true. (And they rarely fail to meet the claims they make) this doesn't matter at all. The main reason being that the way the exploit works would require trust zone for them to be able to cold boot especially with a modified boot sequence... the fact is if the hack is indeed future proof they have "unlocked" the switch entirely and they will manufacture and sell the hardware needed for the hack.
I suppose there are those in regions that can't afford/can't legally purchase said hardware that would benefit from kernel hax but in general the optimal method for *hax* would be the hardware mod
Another one of those guys? I hate these type of threads by these type of people. It is equivalent to a child mocking their sibling about having the last bowl ice cream and how they can't have any until more is bought later. However it is winter out, so he/she knows the parents won't be buying anymore any time soon!
