Hello,
I just wanted to know if it possible to do a system transfer from a modded 3ds (11.6 with b9s and luma) to a stock new 3ds. I don't know the new 3ds version as it has yet to arrive. Do I need to mod new 3ds first?

you don't need to do any special steps. just do the transfer. It does not matter whether any of the 3DSes are hacked or not

Okay which mode do I need to select in system transfer. Wireless Or Low microsd?

Depends on you. I would go with wireless.

you can choose that. There will be an option to move everything or just account (at least I think)

Also i have the o3ds with 128gb sd amd new 3ds with 4gb.
