Why the hell is this pleb bs in a hacking and homebrew / development sub... Sigh

Because most people who are waiting for homebrew are sitting on 3.0.0 and "this pleb" wanted to warn others of his issue that may or may not happen to them.

And it doesn't cost anything to be polite.

I had drained battery completely on my 3.0.0 while playing Zelda to 1%, then sleep mode for a day. It took a whole day charging back to 3%, then, powered on into sleep mode again, keeping charging to full. I found a strange thing that, in 3.0.0, the charging percentage on system is wrong, just keep charging at least 3 hours, or, till the charger goes cold (it becomes warm when it still charges)

Li-Ion batteries are often intentionally made to display the wrong percentage in an effort to protect the battery itself and make it last longer.

But one 3.0.1 of my friend's seems to be more accurate than my 3.0.0, especially, the charging time. On my 3.0.0, it took about ten minutes to charge to display 100%, which will be keeping charging if the charger is still on. But it leads to a result, I can only play it less than 30 minutes.

That's because it's a known issue with 3.0.0 that was fixed with 3.0.1.

Check the system update and change history page, specifically the 3.0.1 update.

I choose to stay on 3.0.0 now. I always charge till the charger goes cold, so that the play time and battery life are almost accurate now. The only thing is, when the battery shows only 1% left, it can play another half a hour or even more
