Nobody knows when Nintendo's gonna drop a new firmware version and what it'll fix. People can predict all they want but they're usually wrong.

https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php always has the latest update info for the 3DS, and Wii U. As of this moment, there is no 11.6.

Nothing has been found out about it yet! I'm assuming it will bring an update that will make the system more stable than my life though.

There is no 11.6 yet. You've probably downgraded, modified, or deleted a system app or module, or you have frankenfirmware.

thats pretty weird
here in europe(germany) theres no update on old 3ds or so

Perform a System Update (make a NAND backup beforehand if you'd like). I assure you that you will still be on 11.5 after updating.

Well system upgraded and still at 11.5.0-38. This update was kind of a system bug maybe.

nope it would change if it was.
Sometimes when they're getting ready to release an update some people will get false update reports until it gets released that's how it was with the PlayStation Portable back in the day.

Maybe if there was no update patch to kill Miiverse in 3DS? Maybe late October/Early November? I can't remember when 11.5 (3DS) came out VS 5.5.2 (Wii U).
