iirc HR 870-something was around 3.5 million HRP, so try 4 million and go up from there if its not enough.
Keep in mind: if you're shown as HR 999 but you dont have the skill to back it up people WILL kick you from rooms (or simply leave if you're hosting). Small jumps usually work fine, but going straight to HR 999 is ill advised unless you've reached it (or close to it) legit in previous games.

I keep getting an error when i try to load a save file with the APM editor, I am not able to see or detect any mhX/Gen System files. If i use any of the files under All Files Settings, it just give me an parameter error.
I m running on Sky3Ds+, and I am able to access extData>file via my PC on the 3Ds via WiFi, so that is how I access to the save files. Am I on any wrong or missing out on any steps ?

I appreciate the help offer, but I think it'd be a lot better if you'd just make a new thread with translation images and what each function does, since you know the language. You'd be doing everyone a huge favor. And also because Google live translator really doesn't help on this one
No problem. Its a bit mess since it was a quick job but hope it helps. Ignore anything thats not translated as its mostly stuff thats locked and cant be edited.
Hello, I am relatively new to this entire process. I've been looking at the thread for a while and even checked the FAQ. I'm possibly just extremely stupid or blind (possibly both), however, I wanted to create a save data file that I would be able to use and edit. Load the Blank 100% file on top of it along with previous things I had to convert it to MHXX. My MHGEN and MHXX 3DS are completely apart from one another and I only played MHGEN (that 3DS is a useless brick for this stuff). I absolutely do not wish to play the story again or wait for the Western release of MHXX. I was wondering if someone could possibly give me a step by step guide on how-to approach or go about this.

You're not using homebrew → JKSM to export a decrypted version of your save. Do that and it should all work as described here. What you're currently looking at are the encrypted contents of your SD which you cant do much with.
if you have a physical copy of MHGen (or can borrow one) and homebrew access on the MHXX 3ds, you're good. Just create a new MHGen save on the MHXX 3ds, export that save, pop in the 100% save with the Character Exporter (in the first post) and edit in the name, GCID, items, etc. as desired. Before importing that edited save over the system save for MHGen, you may need to 'convert' it to MHX format (should jsut be a matter of shifting the data a few bytes forward/back at worst), seeing as MHXX most likely doesn't detect the English version for import. The trickiest part will probably be getting the edited save on your SD under the MHX title ID. If you can get your hands on a copy, then it should be easy, but if not an extremely temporary act outside legal protection may be the only option if you're bent on getting it transferred.
