Hardware Xbox one connectivity issues

I have an old model Xbox one and its constantly disconnecting from Xbox live I noticed its on a strict nat type i don't know if that's the problem I know it's not bc to many people are connecting to the wifi because it happens when I'm the only one using the wifi does anyone else have this problem or know of a fix? Do you think it's an internal wifi issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated

if you mean port forwarding i tried i couldn't get it to work i even followed a tutorial on youtube

Other then running it on wired internet and possibly opening up ports, there's nothing much to say.
