So I heard the game's back on NUS. Is that true? And what about the update? Is that back too?
It's true, I can confirm.
The update is not available on NUS

no lolShall I just wait for the legit update?

Boot Haxchi and you will automatically enter "HaxchiFW" which has signature patches enabled. All you need to do then is to enter the Homebrew Channel, run WupInstaller and install the update to your USB drive.I have haxchi and everything installs on to the USB Hard Drive. Do I need to run a sigpatcher on the update file?
currently yes. Since they havea fake tikI have haxchi and everything installs on to the USB Hard Drive. Do I need to run a sigpatcher on the update file?
If what Keynote says above is true, you can get the legit update now from NUS.
Otherwise it depends on what you prefer. If you don't want to boot a CFW before playing the game, you need the legit update. I'm using Coldboot Haxchi so I don't care for a legit one.
Yes. Just boot Haxchi every time before playing the game. Then, that's it?
Whoops, I misread "The update is now available on NUS". Sorry for the confusion!Update is not available on NUS.
Because the game will load the non-legit update every time you play it - which won't work without signature patches (which HaxchiFW provides). Why do I need to boot haxchi? It will be on my wii main menu as an icon?
Exactly. Boot Haxchi then play the game from system menu. So, I boot haxchi, then go to the main menu and play the game from the icon menu on Wii U? Sorry, I haven't had to do this so far!
https://github.com/FlimFlam69/WiiUT...ling-HaxchiFW-&-The-Homebrew-Launcher-ChannelBut we won't be launching just any kind of homebrew - because we're going to boot into Haxchi's built in custom firmware that I like to call, HaxchiFW. This will then allow us to install the Homebrew Launcher Channel directly to our system menu, so we won't have to use a network to get into the Homebrew Launcher again.
HaxchiFW uses IOSUhax to patch the system menu so we can do all sorts of cool stuff. More specifically - this will patch signature checks, meaning we can run whatever we want without having genuine permissions. Games that don't match your Wii U's region will also run!
Exactly. Boot Haxchi then play the game from system menu.

A small explanation regarding Haxchi from FlimFlam69's tut:

Strange... Are you using the latest release? I'm using Coldboot Haxchi and the game runs perfectly fine without any additional patching. To be honest, booting Haxchi alone didn't work for me. I had to run "simple signature check patcher" to be able to install the update and finally run the game.
