You sure? Because that's a MAC address ban and it's completely unrelated to those to from what people have been saying

I can't link my old NNID, can't create a new one either, but I set back my old secure_info...

If you have the MAC ban for eshop, not sure. You can try it, but if it's genuinely a MAC ban it will do absolutely nothing
