I am on 11.0.0-33U can I do something or nothing I can do like emu on it because i want to update soo I can browse the internet and watch YouTube and is there any way to browsing the internet with out updating and is there any hacks for this update version for emulation
My device is n3ds xl

You can't use internet/youtube without updating. You can play emulators but you need to buy a game called Cubic Ninja or Freakyforms Deluxe.

They do work on 11.1. But it is recommend you stay on lower firmwares if you can

Since you have update nag you can't use internet. No physical games mean no hacks. Sorry. Might as well update

That is very old and outdated. Broswerhax is patched on 11.0 (you have update nag) and on 11.1
