More risk in my opinion.

Still have to downgrade to 9.2 ( Can still soft brick, forcing you to update to 11.0.xx )

There have been reports of people not getting the option to backup sysnand and automatically downgrading them to 2.1 leaving them with few options to get back to 9.2 or whatever.

New method comes with an even bigger warning label.

I haven't read the guide in a week or so since it changed over, some things may have changed, not sure. But the same risk if not more is still present.

This is just my opinion. I'll always say hardmod first, just as a safety precaution. It's the ultimate fail safe.

I done the new A9LH method, have to say thats alot faster then the old way....No more HOURS worth of work. I remember it was somewhere in the 5-6hour range with all the proper Nand backups and all. Ive only got about an hour and a half in on this one and im done

Yes, much faster, but everything being done directly on sysnand is more risk.
