well my US n3ds(10.3) downgraded successfully through oothax. Menuhax and browserhax both failed to start sysupdater for me, but it looks like they work for other people just fine. Must be hit or miss depending on the system.w/e.

1) Launch sysupdater and stuck at #7
2) Use FTP-3DS open and close when i push Y nothing appened
3) Use FTP-3DS open and close and stuck at #8

Find "[MEGA] [CIA/BIN] MSET 4.X & 6.X backups, Browser backups, Update packs (All Regions)" from the iso site and download
9.2.0-20J(Full)_n3DS.zip (115.8 MB)

Don't forget to delete 000400102002CA00.cia before attempting to downgrade or you will brick. You only have to delete it for JN3DS, though.

Also I only have like 122MB left on my MicroSD when I go to downgrade, is it recommended to have a larger amount of space?

You likely crashed. It should instantly go into sysupdater. Just keep trying. Consider updating to 10.3 if you haven't, or try a different entrypoint (I used shufflehax)

Oh yeah, and open/close FTBrony before running it for more accurate results.

Just successfully downgraded my 9.9U N3DSXL to 9.2U

Entry point used: menuhax

Took 40+ tries to get TuxSH's fork of Sysupdater to not lock up on me.

Had to remove SD card, boot, insert sd card, & change theme because of menuhax still being configured for 9.9 payload.

Ironfall no longer boots after the downgrade. Not that it matters that much, since I have browserhax now... and I'll be downgrading MSET shortly

i see, i need to put the cias in the updates folder on the root of the sd card. Only problem is.......... What cias do i need? I know they cant be linked due to legal issues, but it seems the cias brick.

I can't name it because it's against the site rules, but if you google for a site related to "3DS" and "ISO" files, you should find a forum with a ton of roms/all those update files.

That same crap happened to me too, already send it to Nintendo with my warranty (Thank god).
