True latest, or latest "stable" build? True latest would need to be built from source almost once an hour, as it's updated pretty much every day. Latest "stable" build would be b8-fix, posted only a few pages back for the hundredth time or so, ha ha

The main reason it isn't is because the applet crash bugs are still present, and haven't been fixed yet. Once those are fixed, and the N3DS side is more stable, we'll see builds returned to the Github release page. For example, in the latest builds, High-memory games, like MH4 and SSB3DS, crash instantly. The patch for them broke a few revisions ago, and it still hasn't been figured out. Believe me when I say the new builds are as alpha as it gets. Unless you're a dev, or a brave soul, stay away from the latest builds for now.

Is it possible to boot rxTools 2.6 on 9.X via downgraded MSET? I know you can do it on 3.0, but I can't get it to work with 2.6 so I'm assuming it's not possible unless somebody makes an ROP installer for 2.6.

4.5 MSET will work on >=5.0 firmwares on 2.6.

Simply get a faster card. Class 10 doesn't mean much. In my area, it's easy to find class 10 cards ranging from 30MB/s to 95MB/s. And usually, that's read speed. You have to pay attention to the packaging and more often than not, lookup all of the specs online.

which is the optimal format options for an SD card? mine installs CIA in slow speed like 1.8GB for 2 hours. How can I improve this speed? Using 03DSXL and 32 GB Class 10 Kingston card

The only speed improvement will only be on the pc end copying files to the card. The 3ds is class 4, the n3ds class 6. Any higher rated card in the system itself will make no difference. Try it, compare your 10 with the 4 that came with it. There will be no difference. For the 3ds systems its about qulaity of the card not the speed.

I've tried using the 4.X MSET, but when I launch the DS profile exploit my 3DS just crashes with the "An error occured, forcing the software to close" message.

Well, I hate to ask for assistance again, but I'm having a very similar problem to the one I was having yesterday;

While I can now run non-legit CIAs in rxMode and Gateway mode normally, when attempting to go into Devmode so I can upgrade my 3DS to 9.2, I am having the same issue. Same message as before appears when attempting to choose a non-legit CIA, as if the signature patches have not been applied when entering Devmode.

You're talking sysnand, right? Devmode disables firm launch and perhaps the file you're trying to run requires FW>9.2? You should only be using devmode to update or run GBA/DSIWare...

I can't help you there. Of course I can run it, but I've NEVER been able to update with it.

The Anti-Piracy check, as far as I know, only applied to .3ds games not .CIA versions. Is your emuNand at 9.7 or higher?
