An open letter to all the cheap skates that want to purchase a clone:
The extra money you pay when you buy a genuine GW 3DS card is not only to make profit from their device, it also pays for the hard work the GW team put into bringing new features to the FW updates and continuing support for the device.
If you want GW 3DS to keep working hard for 5.x and 6.x support, say no to CLONES and buy genuine. That will keep sales of the GW going smoothly and they will continue to provide us with an awesome device.

I also find it amusing that they respond about the clones in the 1st place. They're ripping off devs and in turn, they're getting ripped off by the chinese which was going to happen anyways.

Claiming clones that cause failure and bricks to protect their future sales is not really relevant.
Coming out with a claim that support for 6.x is coming is way better in future proofing their product.
All that the gateway team has been saying is "we're working on 5.x and 6.x"
To that, my response would be... I'm working on an elixir of youth. Please buy my vitamin C pills meanwhile.
Some progress report would be good. If you are making progress with 6.x you could say so. If you're still clueless as to how to support 6.x you should say so. Each time the Gateway team is just saying "not given up hope to support these consoles. But please be patient." is really pointless. It's just a marketing device. They are selling hope.

This intresteting & exciting at the same time but I still have quite a few questions like what would happen if I backed up my e shop titles onto Emu Nand & tried to move ONLY the backed up titles & not the originals oh well guess I'll have to wait & see.
I guess they would be deleted unless EmuNAND gets protected by changing the SD card to Read only mode for a moment.

I want this as well, I even bought a second 3DS for this (which I hope I could sell easily if this fails). But being realistic, I doubt their system would allow the transference of "keyless" data :/ I don't even know if Gateway will support the system transfer to begin with since it seems that the feature performs a reset on the console before beginning the process.
True but if they do support the system transfer which is doubtful then it might almost put an end to piracy not that I care because I support the people that dump the games I just buy the games later on but if you could share a digital game what would you choose & awesome by the way awesome avatar
