If they change graphics and whatnot, then I'll be fine with it. But what if they're just taking Inazuma Eleven Legend Of Mamoru Endou, and ripping out the 3rd game?
Taking into account the trailer they showed, that's pretty much the case, however they probably left all the characters and bonus content there as well, just removing the first two games from it.

Seeing as Europe also had to pay twice for One Piece for the 3DS, I can't really complain about this... Besides... Even if it's just ripping the third part, it's still far better from the DS one, from what I've seen it has some stuff from Inazuma GO as well, like compatibility and such.

I highly suspect this is the case: two versions, each being 1/6th of Endo Legend 3DS.
After all, Inazuma 1 PAL is literally the second game modded to have the events and music of the first one, even the debug files are the same, replacing some lines of Japanese IE2 list of events with English but keeping the rest untouched, and the corrupted Layton team models from IE2 rather than the intact ones from IE1 JP (I looked).
Not that this is a bad thing, though...

That sucks however for the Endo Mamoru compilation part, though...
Best case scenario: it gets released in the end of the 3DS lifespan à-la Castlevania GBA or Drawn To Live. Or maybe as the US version (unlikely).

But this being Level-5, who didn't export the upgraded re-releases of Layton 1, 2, 5 and the Ninokuni DS (even the PS3 one lacks in the internal data references to the Imagen from the re-release) and Inazuma Eleven Wii re-releases.... and the very similar Guild-1, I wouldn't hold high expectations.

Well, the US version is pretty much nigh, like you said, but I doubt they'll do anything with the rest, they'll just bring the third part of the 3DS game so they can start bringing the GO series. This is all connected to the anime airing over here tbh, I've noticed they release the games as a new anime season is about to begin, so releasing a compilation of all three wouldn't make a lot of sense following their current logic.

Inazuma's and some other series from LEVEL 5 get income from both, anime and games, so they're all connected, if the anime airs, the game will probably be released as well.

lets make a petition
I highly doubt it'll work... Most petitions to localise games don't work to begin with, besides, it's Inazuma Eleven... There's not that many countries in America interested in football besides Latin American countries...
And to be fair, from a publishers point of view, those countries, while they might be big, they're not exactly famous economic wise... And localising it for the entire USA would be a waste of money as well, since most people wouldn't buy it to begin with. In Europe, football is the king of sports and countries like Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, France, Holland, Italy and the list goes on. Personally I'm not a big fan of football, but I like the game because it's a good RPG, but most people here buy the game because of the anime, which airs on TV as well (there was even a contract in England, that they delayed the game release over there so that they'd only release the game after the anime had been going on for a couple months).

Basically, the way LEVEL 5 takes care of this game in Europe is:
- Release Anime;
- Wait a couple months;
- Release game;
- Wait until anime finishes;
- Announce another season;
- Release new anime season;
- Wait a couple of months;
- Release new game;
- Wait until anime finishes;
- Announce another season;
- Release new game.

That's how it's been working in Europe so far, that's also the reason why the games take so long to have the sequels released.

I don't think they are, especially since there are black boxes around the third game in the trailer. It seems as if they simply ported the third game, rather than taking the enhanced version from Legend of Mamoru.

The video in the trailer was just the Japanese game, meaning they showed us nothing of what they're planning on doing.

There's a good chance that it does indicate what they'll do; I doubt they'd go out of their way to show an inferior version of a game when they could just mention it and build more hype that way.
