Yeah since it says preview, but i am wondering if i still could get it since, i really want to use eternal blizzard.
From the look of the preview there have been lot of things added.
And yeah so will this be released tomorrow or need to wait at least a week. ?

Yes. We must solve some tweaks before !! (you haven't seen some mistakes in the video ?)
But stay tune. If all is done, it will be release just after.
First, english patch, and next, undub one.

It's one thing that must be add. But, just after doing the video, the file has been done !!
So, NPC will be in the v0.4.

Sorry, just waste of time.
The process is:
We create a patch, we play the game, found something ugly, correct it, redo the patch, play the game, correct, patch, play, correct....

It's only when we play the game, and we are satisfied, we declare it's done.
Or, if it's 15th september, we declare it done by default, and report corrections on the next release.

So, wait for it on 15th september, and you'll be pleased if we release it before.

when you upload the update 0.4???
because v0.3 has several errors, such as, in the dialogues, the characters' names are in Japanese (Endou, for example), players like Nathan or Scott Banyan lack some letter in his name, and there are many words in which the letters are superimposed.
