Seems a little more expressive in the bottom one. The top one it just looks like her face is non-moving and made of plastic.

I personally find the bottom one looking to much like movie peach. I still to find if the bottom one is confirmed or just a silly mock up fake.

Looks better in the bottom one, in my opinion. Seems like they're trying to get the Mario Movie style onto anything, similar to overusing the Disney look.
