Today I received my third pair of these hall effect joysticks. The first pair I installed for a friend. I don't recall them having issues. The second pair I installed for myself and one of the joysticks was clicking so today I installed another one from the third order I made. Both of those were fine but twisting them around you can sometimes feel the friction from the mechanisms. Do you oil these with anything? Maybe that's not so smart. I'm aware others here have asked and gotten sent new ones but I couldn't bother...but am I super happy with the quality of these? I'm gonna give them like a .... 95%.
Are these the "final version" ones? Is there a small gap visible between the analogs and the joycon's casing? The previous version still had a "donut" black sticker to hide this, but I'm not aware if this has been resolved.

In fact, the final version also needs a donut, although the gap has been narrowed a lot.
But what exists on the market now is the final version, and the click sound of the first version has been eliminated from the internal structure.
I guess he was bothered by the sound of the springs.

Can't be bothered to make any videos about this. It's all installed and working as intended. The friction is probably the spring then. I don't mind the gap at all. The included stickers are great.

If you mind it, you can send a video of the issue to me if you purchased them from AKNES.

The version will definitely be fine-tuned and updated continuously, because the existing version also has some occasional problems. We are going to keep updating.
I work for AKNES, responsible for the Amazon platform, and at the same time do some work on products (I believe that products and users are inseparable, so I often deal with some problems of users and understand users' needs on the forum)
Received the SuperPack adapter today! Have spent a couple of hours playing around with it now and here are my thoughts so far. See SPOILER below:
First of all setup for use on Switch works instantly. It pairs just like an official controller. So you will have to repair it if you have multiple Switches and use the controller on all of them as is the case with regular joycons too. I spent the majority of the time so far playing Zelda on one of my Lites and it feels great to be using my favorite Xbox controller. I haven't experienced a single issue such as connection dropouts or reconnecting the controller after taking a break (simply press pairing button once to power on controller after a break). It all works flawlessly.
The Keylinker mobile app was actually better than expected too. No need to manually pair with your phones bluetooth settings. Just open the app and it will show the SuperPack in the list. I was surprised that it is able to make changes and monitor the inputs of your controller in real-time while simultaneously being connected to your games console too. This makes it extremely easy to use the Macro features and adjust deadzones on the sticks and triggers because you get a live feed of all your inputs on your phone while still testing in game. Very impressive. (Make sure to turn on advanced mode to get the most out of the app).
I don't have much to say about using it on the Xbox because it simply acts as a rechargeable battery in this state. So no macros or shoulder buttons or using Keylinker app. Charging / battery indicator works correctly on guide as expected. Controller swaps between Switch and Xbox seamlessly. Just flip the lever on the back of the SuperPack to the Switch mode and it instantly changes over. Please note going from Switch or Xinput mode to Xbox mode though requires you to power on the controller with the guide button.
Lastly I'll cover the Xinput mode. I used it with Windows 10 and was playing Streetfighter 6. One thing I noticed is that the pairing with PC is not as seamless. Maybe it is my problem but I was confused initially because the SuperPackD882 shows as a bluetooth device on Windows 10 and I was trying to connect to that thinking it was the controller, and it wouldn't connect. I later realised that the device I need to choose is simply "Xbox Wireless Controller". Which showed up after the SuperPack on the list so I wasn't noticing it. Like I said though, This could just be a personal issue. Streetfighter is where I really put the Macros to the test. I was able to precisely and accurately map long and complex combos to the ML and MR buttons and manually adjust the timing between each and every input so they land perfect every time. This is probably the most fun feature to play around with. I didn't play too much with Turbo but I did test it out and it seemed to work fine although I would only use it for something where I want it to be turbo at all times because turning it off requires you to press the FN button while trying to play the game.
Final thoughts I'd say some of the language used in the App is a bit confusing. Such as the button to save changes to the settings is called "app" and the button to undo changes is called "revoke". I would have those as "save" and "undo". Also the instructions to update the firmware are in Chinese but the process was so easy I didn't need to read the instructions anyway. Another thing I noticed while playing on PC is that I can't seem to map the ML and MR levers without using the macro feature. It would be nice if they could be set to remap in the same menu as all the other buttons. Also note that if you power on the controller using the guide button it will power on your Xbox and connect to the Xbox acting as a standard rechargeable battery no matter what mode the SuperPack is in. I also tested it on Series X controller that has a paddle kit installed on the back and it worked flawlessly in every SuperPack mode.
Sorry for such a long winded post and thanks for sending me the product! I will continue to use it and report anything else of note.
Wow, thanks for your support and feedback. very professional and helpful
Regarding your questions, I have read them one by one and notified RetroFlag of my revisions.
Regarding the language of the app, it follows the language of the mobile phone system, but there may also be some loopholes. We'll also watch and see.
I noticed something odd today. Playing Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart with the SuperPack on the middle setting, the controller disconnects after about 10 seconds of playing. It only happens on the middle dot mode and only in that game. I'm guessing it must have something to do with the impulse rumble motors in the triggers, because it happens even if I take off the SuperPack and just use it's rechargeable battery. The game works fine with a stock xbox controller with actual AA batteries, so I think it must be some kind of power delivery issue when the trigger motors rumble.

No problem! Ahh yes that makes sense about the system language. I have a Redmagic phone which is Chinese so the strange button names must come from my phone which is fine. Thanks for taking the time to review my feedback and thanks again for sending out the product it's very useful and packs some impressive features!
It's quite snug, fits very well, but removing it is tricky, it's quite hard and I was afraid to break it - Using it on almost new controller (I only used it cable connected so I hardly ever opened the battery slot).
Only realized the product name was Superpack when reading the instructions - the box has "SuperPack" quite undistinguished.
Setting the switch/Mode to S turns controller On + automatic pairing.
Wireless pairing with the Switch works very well, no issues there.
Buttons are reversed AB / XY (expected?) - can be changed with Switch's Change Button Mapping so they match the writing on the button.
"Pro Controller" gets properly detected in Switch menu and in game.
Rumble/vibration working (at least during Switch controller identification tests).
Switching between controllers, in-game, works too, after pressing Home and then Paring button.
It seems the actual button to wake up isn't Home, as I would expect, but the Pairing button instead - Would feel better to have it assigned to home button.
Motion control working fine out of the box.
Still a lot more testing to do, only tried it on the Switch, but so far I'm impressed how well it integrates with the X Series controller. Reduced size, very discreet + battery pack + USB A-C cable for 29.99 dollars (currently on promo in Amazon.com, still doesn't seem available on Amazon.es).

Testing it on the Switch + PC, ran into some issues:
1- Switch was docked, connected to external monitor, off (sleep), I woke it up with the pairing button on the Superpack (so it was synced / paired)
Screen came up, I pressed the home button, and it didn't work. No buttons worked, but it was still paired. I turned everything off and back on, and it was working again. Only happened once, and was unable to reproduce.
2- I let the battery deplete completely while playing. Controller turned itself off, disconnected from Switch (Switch was still ON). I got a cable and connected the controller to a computer USB port to charge, leaving the Superpack mode button on S position.
Superpack started charging (red light blinking), and I pressed the pairing button. Pairing button would start blinking, but would not connect to the Switch. In order to connect to the Switch while charging, I had to let it charge a bit, disconnect the USB cable from my PC, pair it to the Switch, and then I was able to reconnect the cable to the computer USB port and remain connected while charging.
3- The USB-C jack feels strangely loose and at the same time very hard to insert the USB cable (used the cable included).
So, while inserting the cable, it seem to resist insertion, and after connected, seems a bit wobbly.
4- Trying to connect it to PC is quite an adventure:
- After failed pairing on bluetooth, Mode X, Green light was on (but not connected). I switched to middle position and connected USB cable to PC. PC would not detect controller, and would not charge. Held Pairing button for 10 seconds to reset Superpack, and It started charging and was detected normally on PC
- Superpack Mode switch on X, cabled connection using USB C is not possible. Will charge, and will only try to connect on Bluetooth
- Mode on X, still cable connected, attempting to connect on BT- SuperPack-749C device will appear. Trying to connect to it will return: "Couldn't connect. Try reconnecting again." + Unknown device will appear. Trying to connect to Unknown device will return: We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again. This device will vanish after pairing time out (green flashing light goes out).
- SuperPack-749C will appear as a BT device if the controller is cable connected, but again, that device doesn't allow connection.
- Mode on middle: Pairing button doesn't work for BT pairing (but still works to reset the device). Controller can be paired using it's own pairing button.
- Mode on X (not cable connected), green light flashing "slowly": SuperPack-749C will appear + same Unknown device. Neither can be connected to. Seems to be pairing, but it's not. After a while the X / Home button on the controller will stop flashing and stay on. Pair button on Superpack stops working. Pressing and holding Home button on controller to try and turn it OFF also doesn't work. Controller can be turned OFF by pressing and holding pair button for 10 seconds (resetting).
- BT pairing is possible when Mode=X, if green light is already blinking, and user presses and holds pair button until the green light blinks even faster. There's no mention in the manual that the green light blinks with two speeds.

About 2, I have tried to play while charging before, no problem. But I haven't tried charging it first and then connecting it. What I tested was to plug in the charging cable while playing, and there was no problem with such an operation.
About 4, in the S/X position, we have marked it on Amazon’s product details page. At this time, the Type C port only supports charging and does not have any other functions, so it cannot be connected to the device through a cable.
About you in X gear, via wireless connection, also can't work?
Regarding all problems, I will report them to RetroFlag synchronously, and we will keep upgrading the product at all times.
Regular sticks use carbon resistors. A metal piece touches the carbon track, and moves along it when you move the analog. The position of the stick is read/measured by the resistor value. The friction between the metal and the carbon can only last so long until it wears off and causes inconsistent readings, leading to drift.
"Hall effect" is based on magnetic parts. A plastic slider with a small magnet moves closer or farther from a chip that detects it to determine the position on the stick. There is no friction (well. in reality there is, on the plastic parts/sliders), so there's no wearing off and therefore, no drift caused by it.

Mode set to X, it connects via Bluetooth to PC. It requires pressing and holding the pairing button on the Superpack for a few seconds until the green light blinks faster. May require the user to press pair button once to turn on the controller, and a second time to actually start the pairing.
One doubt: The manual claims "Turns the Xbox Series Controller into an Elite Pro Controller for PC with back buttons".
Some correction may be required here: the controller gets identified as Xbox Wireless Controller. Should it be detected as an Elite somehow? Will it allow using any specific Elite software / configurations?
The "back buttons" are not really back buttons, because they are located on the top.

I was now using it on BT, Mode X, on PC. Was trying to play a bit of Dredge but kept getting customers calling so, after a few minutes inactive, the controller turned off (I think this is a power saving feature on the actual controller, not a Superpack issue).
I then reconnected it using the pair button on the Superpack, and it worked fine 2 times. On the third time, it lost sync to the computer. Superpack's green light kept blinking, but didn't reconnect to PC/BT. After failing to connect, The superpack turned itself off from inactivity, I once again pressed the pairing button, and this time it reconnected normally.
Could have been a BT adapter / Windows problem, but I'll be aware if it happens again.

In fact, it adds two buttons to the Xbox Series, and can use macro programming and other adjustment functions, so it matches the elite controller in marketing, and is actually an Xbox Series controller.

I just tried to connect the Switch after charging it first, no problem.
You can try to charge it without a PC, but with a charging head. I suspect there is a data conflict with the PC.
