R4iSDHC RENOVATION V2.20T Kernel and YSMenu 1.03

Now there is two options: dual-boot kernel and ysmenu autoboot:

YSmenu autoboot is the most recommended option to use on this flashcard, it takes less space on
the SD Card (60MB compared to 102MB of the dual-boot option) and the YSmenu includes RetroGameFan
updates that improved compatibility with games, since the original kernel of this flashcard
only received one update. Other tweak is that the bootloader was replaced thanks to
lifehackerhansol. What it means is that it bypasses any "time bomb" of the flashcard. At the time,
it was pretty common for flashcard manufacturers to lock the flashcard after a certain date, now
it is not an issue.

Dual-boot kernel is the original kernel. It includes YSmenu with RGF updates, but instead of
autostarting, you need to click on the Multimedia icon to load it or you can use the official
kernel (Game icon) to load your games. Since the official kernel only received one update,
there are issues with games released after the kernel was updated, one example being Yu-Gi-Oh!
5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus. I just kept this version so that if someone has issues, it
is possible to load the original kernel, but in my case, I never had any issues with YSmenu.

Both of them have an updated cheat database.

Thanks to RetroGameFan for these updates and lifehackerhansol for making flashcard-bootstrap.

2022 Codemastershock
- Updated YSmenu for the latest RGF version (7.06)
- Some useless files deleted

(I posted the zip with the 1.01 update without the moonshell folder, so it would fail to boot but now it is the right file)
