Can't believe I didn't buy a PS3 specifically for this game a long time ago. Granted, anything i've seen or heard of it has been on the gameplay...
Why the fuck wasn't I informed of its damn fine story?
It's actually so well done i'm willing to go out and buy it tomorrow if I can find it (I pirated it). This game doesn't deserve to be pirated.
The story is REALLY well done, especially the characters, how they interact...and what happens to 'em over the course of the game.
Gameplay is quite fun too. I'm not usually one for strategy, but i'm having a blast with this sleek mix of strategy+action.
I guess i'll drop a short spoiler specifically WHY I decided to blog about it.

Chapter 11, 4-b and 5. Where Isara dies, and her funeral. I was shocked, but still not surprised (if that's possible) that she actually died. She was so damn innocent, so of course she was the perfect target to REALLY try hit the player where it hurts. Mission accomplished. I won't lie, I shed a few man-tears over those two scenes. The scene hit me hard enough that I pretty much just put down my controller, turned my TV off...and came to blog about it. Now i'm going to bed a very sad panda. Will beat the game tomorrow, I really wanna see how everything unfolds, and kick some ass for Isara's sake.
Oh, and i'm not impressed with my new tank driver...I know I HAD to have a new one but i'm still not happy about it.
