So, for those of you who read the original "Tales" know that im head over heels for this chick.
Im the one in the purple bandana and shes the one in the black "jones'" t shirt.
We got back from the mission trip. It was awesome. She was just as clingy as i expected and thats not a bad thing at all. ive never had a girl follow me around or flirt with me every spare second she has. Oh my gosh it was such an amazing ego boost.
So we got home and before we left, she was kinda standing around near me everytime i would help put something away for the church. And she was like "derek im leaving soon"
And just to be a dick i was like "so?"
and i got the cutest answer ever. "Oh please dont do this to me now"
I felt terrible and grabbed her and hugged her for about 5 minutes. She said she could leave happy now with a huge smile.
Well we exchanged notes and we basically feel the same about each other, but we know fate is kinda tearing up apart. Which we both agree, royally sucks. So because we can only hang out once or twice a week, we treasure every moment of it. We eventually agreed on being "pretend" girlfriend/boyfriend so we dont have to worry about any of the real details of being in a relationship. We just wanna have a much fun as we possible can before i leave for college again.
So for now, im just happy to spend whatever time i can with her and making her feel like royalty. I hold doors, pick her up, take her on boat rides, pay for her, and anything else a chivalric guy should do.
