don't know how to start this blog but, here goes...
first i just run out of luck with my one of my subjects, Special Project in Software Development. it's partially my fault since i wasn't there when they made groups of three, one member isn't good at programming, and she just said to me that she won't be doing any thinking and coding and just handle anything that needs to be printed.
and the other member, also isn't very sociable, like me. plus, the next time i'll see him is this friday, the deadline for submitting proposals. i have no choice but to step up and become a leader, then hunt him down, which i don't like to do. i'm a lazy piece of shit. but still, i need to, so i'll do it.
then there is English 3, 'public speaking'. just those two words send chills to my spine. however it's something i also have to do. i'm gonna find courage somewhere so that i won't fail this subject.
and it's been bothering me why can other people easily speak in front of the class but i can't? i just wish i can buy courage from a nearby convenience store.
lastly, my isp and fair usage policy. though i'm still not sure if this is really the case or my modem's just broken. i'm waiting for one month of billing period to end and see if the connection goes back to normal. i'm still learning about these things so feel free to educate me.

last month, i made this thread, i didn't mention that images are also dithered and some just don't show up. so i searched for a solution in case it was my browser but found nothing.
then last week i tried to check some local forums about my isp, and there i found something saying about fair usage policy, which wasn't explained properly.
all that was there is a chart showing different plans, and the in the Usage Allowance shows UNLIMITED***. and for the 3 asterisks it says *** Subject to Sun’s fair usage policy to ensure quality of service. which is never explained anywhere on their site. people who don't know much about these should know what this is.
anyway, my current speed.
i get
-occasional disconnections
-images dithered or doesn't show
-isp's website show 404, 705 and another one i forgot.
anyway, i just have to go through these. it'll be over when it's over.

on the good side, i now own a psp3k for almost two weeks now, it's really good and i'm playing p3p, i'm busy with stuff so i can't properly play with it.i thank 30084pm for his help regarding psp stuff i want and need to know.
it's running on 6.39 PRO-B8, with bookr for pdfs and gpsp for gameboy emulation.
i don't need more games suggestion but i need help with handbrake configuration. i managed to make the subtitles burned-in the .mp4 file, but when i put it in the psp it won't play. or if you have other suggestions please do. this is for anime.
another thing is i also need a new pair of glasses. my eyesight became worse, i can't watch tv now because i can't see what's happening.
what else? maybe that's all of it for now.
